Oxygen Sprint is a week where a new calendar "window" with a practice awaits you each day. You move at your own pace — no schedule, no deadlines; in every practice my voice guides you. Your job is to open the day's window. The body does the rest.

  1. The day's window. Each morning a new 8–16 minute practice opens. You choose your moment: at dawn or at midnight.
  2. Energy that compounds. Active rhythms day after day: by midweek you notice you wake differently.
  3. My voice beside you. Every practice comes with full audio guidance: I lead you from the first inhale to the last exhale.
  4. Freedom of pace. Missed a day? The window waits. No "catching up" — only your rhythm and your readiness.
