Imagine
This isn't a different life. It's your life, with your breath back on your side.
Feel it now · Free
Breathe with me to the 4-4-6-2 rhythm: inhale 4, hold 4, slow exhale 6, hold 2. Chest relaxed, the movement coming from the belly. Follow the circle — it grows on the inhale and shrinks on the exhale.
Three full cycles — a longer exhale usually helps ease the sense of tension and bring attention back to the body. See how it lands for you, right now.
Felt it? That was one minute. This is how every morning begins.
Daily Breath
Each morning a new short practice is waiting — matched to the season and your rhythm. You open it, breathe for anywhere from 2 to 20 minutes, and step into the day composed. No schedule, no pressure: the practice adapts to you, not the other way around. The more often you practise, the more familiar that calmer state becomes.
What's included: daily practice · phone app · the animated practice library · your pace, no schedule.
The library holds 28 practices, each with an animated rhythm to breathe along with. It keeps growing.
What changes
Easier to wind down at night — and a better chance of waking up restored rather than already behind.
Something to lean on, so you reach for coffee less often — and crash less in the evening.
Deadlines and hard conversations are easier to meet when you have somewhere to return to.
A clear head — you do one thing, not seventeen at once.
Where to start
Breathing here is free, always. The path adds sequence and a practice chosen for you.
A practice for right now — for when you need to breathe, not to start a programme.
A sequence rather than single practices — for when you'd rather be led.
Everything above, plus:
We need your email to send the code and keep your progress. No card. After the week you decide: carry on, or go back to the free practices. They'll still be here.
Everything here is free for now: the practices, and the seven-day path. Paid access opens when card payment in euro does.
How it works
The animated practices are open always — no sign-up, no email, no card. Just choose a state.
Leave your email — the code arrives straight away, no card needed. Your own path opens, and the practice calendar with it: one practice a day, chosen for you.
Felt the value — one payment opens the next 30 days. If not, you simply don't continue. Nothing renews on its own.
Risk-free: the week is free, you pay only if you choose to continue, and nothing renews on its own. We never sell your data or pass it on for advertising.
Why it works
Breathing is one of the few autonomic functions you can steer consciously. A slow, longer exhale usually helps the body settle; a steady rhythm helps gather attention. Effects are modest and individual — this supports self-regulation, it is not treatment.
You don't fight stress — you give the nervous system a signal that it's safe to exhale.
Behind the practice
I'm a conscious breathing coach. I guide people used to giving a lot — to work and to loved ones — who now want to return strength to themselves just as carefully.
My work is a delicate space without hurry, where the body remembers what calm feels like. In English every practice is led on screen: an animated rhythm to follow and a sound cue for each turn of the breath, step by step — so you always know what to do next. Voice-led sessions exist in Ukrainian only.
Open
BreathSpace is in its first open round of testing. Participants use the practices free of charge and help check what is genuinely easy, clear and useful. Only words from people who have actually done the practices will appear here.
Feedback is optional and comes after a practice. Nothing is published without separate, explicit consent.
FAQ
No. Every practice is taught from zero — step by step, with the rhythm on screen. You need anywhere from 2 to 20 minutes, depending on the practice.
No problem — the practice waits. There's no "catching up" here, only your rhythm and your readiness.
Many people feel the calm during the very first practice. Most notice changes in sleep and energy after a few weeks of regularity — though this varies a great deal. Watch your own response.
Yes, for the daily practices. Intensive techniques have contraindications (pregnancy, epilepsy, cardiovascular conditions) — I pick a safe option where needed; if in doubt, consult your doctor.
There is nothing to cancel — the 30-day pilot is a single payment and does not renew. And within 14 days of paying we refund in full, no reason needed; after that, for the days you have not used.
