Terms, privacy and safety
In effect from 26 July 2026. If anything is unclear, write to katya@breath-space.uk and I'll explain it in plain words.
1. Disclaimer: this is not a medical service
IMPORTANT. The services on this site are educational and practice-based. They are not medical services, medical care, psychotherapy, diagnosis or treatment of any condition, and do not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
The provider is not a healthcare institution and does not practise medicine. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice, a prescription or a promise of therapeutic outcome.
Breathwork may be contraindicated in certain conditions — including but not limited to pregnancy, epilepsy, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, psychiatric conditions and recent surgery. Consult your doctor before starting.
Participation is voluntary and each person is responsible for their own health. Stop the practice as soon as you feel unwell.
Breathing practices do not replace medical or psychological care. They support self-regulation and habit-building; they are not treatment.
Stop and return to normal breathing if you feel dizziness, pain, tingling in your hands or face, marked discomfort, or rising anxiety.
Breath holds can always be skipped. You can stop a practice at any moment — there is no "correct" length.
Speak to a doctor before practising if you have: pregnancy; heart or vascular conditions; asthma or other respiratory conditions; epilepsy; severe anxiety or panic attacks; surgery within the last 8–12 months; uncontrolled blood pressure.
Stay within a comfortable range. A practice is not meant to be a feat: if a count feels too long, shorten it; if the pace feels fast, slow it down. Breath holds can always be skipped.
Do not practise while driving, in water, or anywhere dizziness would be dangerous. This applies to every practice, and especially to the intensive ones.
Intensive practices need more care. Forced breathing, many active exhales, rounds with breaks — these are marked "intense" right on the card. Start with the gentle ones.
Practices with contraindications are marked on their own pages. Limits are shown before the practice starts, not behind a link.
2. Terms of use
What you get. Access to a daily route of breathing practices in your browser for the length of the plan you choose. Access is personal: a code is meant for one person.
What the product does not promise. A specific medical outcome, guaranteed sleep, or the disappearance of symptoms. You practise on your own and at your own responsibility.
The English route is animation-guided. Practices are led by an on-screen rhythm and sound cues, not by a spoken voice. Voice-guided sessions exist in Ukrainian only.
Content changes. Practices are added and updated. The number available on the day you pay is a floor, not a ceiling.
Copyright. Recordings, texts, animations and the method belong to the author. Copying or redistribution without permission is not allowed.
Age. The product is intended for people aged 18 and over.
3. Privacy
What we collect. Your name and email address, when you enter them in the form. A phone number only if you choose to add one — it is optional.
Why. To send your access code and the email carrying it — without this there is no way to open your access. That part is required, and it is what the first checkbox in the form confirms.
Supportive emails — separate and optional. A few emails at the start of the week: where to begin, what to do next. That is the second checkbox, unticked by default. Your access does not depend on it: leave it unticked and the code and its email still arrive. You can stop these with one click in any email.
Who we share it with. Our email service (Brevo) and our host (Netlify), only as far as is needed to deliver the email and run the site. We never sell your data or pass it on for advertising.
What stays in your browser. Your access code and your "done" marks live in your device's local storage. They are not sent to a server and disappear when you clear the site's data.
Visit statistics. We count how many times a day the site was opened and how many practices were completed. What is stored is exactly that — a number per day, for example "31 July, practices completed: 14". No IP address, no cookies, no identifiers and no referring address are recorded, so these numbers cannot be tied to any individual. That is why there is no cookie banner on this site: there are no cookies.
Your rights. You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion — write to katya@breath-space.uk and I will respond within 30 days.
How long we keep it. While you use the product and for three years after your last activity, then it is deleted.
4. Cookies and browser data
There are no cookies. The site sets none — not its own, not advertising, not analytics. That is why there is no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.
What the site keeps in your browser. A few entries in your device's local storage. They are never sent to the server and disappear the moment you clear the site's data:
breath-access— your access code, so you do not retype it;breath-codes— the codes the server has already confirmed;breath-plan— your access level, so the route matches it;breath-since— the date your access began;breath-cal-…— the "done" marks in the calendar;breath-session— so one visit counts once; it goes when the tab closes.
How to clear it. "Sign out" removes the code and everything derived from it. Everything, through your browser's site-data settings.
No third-party trackers. No Google Analytics, no social pixels, no ad networks. Our own counter records only daily event totals — no IP, no cookies, no identifiers.
5. Payment and refunds
Nothing is sold here in euro at the moment. The practices and the seven-day path are free, and no card payment is taken on the English side. Paid access will open together with card checkout; until then there is nothing to buy, nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.
Who provides the practice. Kateryna Sydorkina, individual entrepreneur (FOP), Ukraine. Write to katya@breath-space.uk with any question about access.
Payment in hryvnia. Sales in UAH are made by the same individual entrepreneur under the Ukrainian public offer, with a full refund within 14 days and a pro-rata refund after that — see the offer.

Single tax, third group, 5% · not registered for VAT

The same details, in Ukrainian, are in the public offer.
What it costs. €14 for 30 days of access — one payment. Prices in some countries are shown in local currency at checkout. Nothing renews: this is not a subscription, there is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel. When the 30 days end, access simply stops, and the free practices stay open as before.
Refunds. When paid access opens, the first 14 days are refundable in full, no reason needed, and after that for the days not used. The same rule already applies to sales in hryvnia — see the offer.
After 14 days — for the days you have not used. The price is divided by the days of access and multiplied by the days remaining. The same rule applies to every plan.
A refund ends the access. The code stops working — you do not keep both.
One refund per person. After a refund, the same plan is not sold again.
There is a free week before any payment, so that nobody has to buy blind.
Renewal. The founding price applies to your first paid period. Any price change is announced by email in advance.
