This is exactly what sets the course apart from the daily calendar. Every practice comes with audio, a video lesson and notes.

All you need is headphones and a quiet spot. No experience required. Intensive techniques have contraindications (pregnancy, epilepsy, cardiovascular conditions) — I take a health intake at the start and pick a safe format.
