20 connected breaths

If you feel dizzy, hear ringing in your ears or start feeling anxious, stop and breathe the way you normally do. Safety and limits

Headphones make this easier 🎧.

What it works with: this is twenty connected breaths — smooth cycles with no pauses, which release tension and lift inner energy. The practice is intense: the breath never stops anywhere.

Lie down or sit comfortably in a quiet place, close your eyes and relax the body.

Where to focus: keep your attention on what the body feels and on the breath itself — that makes it easier to let go of holding and of feelings.

How to breathe: an active inhale — a relaxed exhale, with no pause at all between them. Four short breaths, then a fifth that is long, for five counts. That is one "set of five".

Four sets of five make twenty connected breaths. After the twentieth exhale, breathe at your normal calm pace and watch what you feel.
