Three steps into depth

  1. Introduction and intake. A short conversation before the session: your request, your state, contraindications. I shape a safe, precise format just for you.
  2. The session — 60–90 minutes. You settle comfortably — sitting or lying down, put on headphones — and breathe with my live guidance. The body gradually releases tension; I direct the process in real time.
  3. Integration. A gentle return, a debrief of the experience and simple daily practices — so the effect of the session stays with you.

Frequently asked questions

I've never practised. Can I start with a 1:1 session?

Yes. The private format is in fact the gentlest entry: I adapt everything to you from zero and guide every breath.

How does it work online?

You need headphones, a stable connection and a place to lie down. I guide you with my voice in real time — the experience is every bit as deep as in person.

How many sessions will I need?

The first one already gives a tangible result. For deep work with a specific request I usually suggest a series of 3–5 sessions — you set the pace.

Are there contraindications?

Yes: pregnancy, epilepsy, cardiovascular conditions, recent surgery. That's why every session starts with an intake — I shape a safe format; if in doubt, consult your doctor.

How much does a session cost?
