If you feel dizzy, hear ringing in your ears or start feeling anxious, stop and breathe the way you normally do. Safety and limits

Headphones make this easier 🎧.

At the beginning and at the end, take a scan of the body: notice how you feel, whether there is tension or discomfort anywhere, what emotions and thoughts are present.

During the practice remember to breathe with the belly — the chest stays as relaxed as possible and the movement comes from below.

Where to focus: hold your attention in the body — watch the sensations, the warmth, the pulsing, the movement of energy, without analysing. Just be present.

How to breathe: in and out through the mouth. An active inhale — a passive exhale. On the inhale the lips are pursed, as if sounding "oo", and the air is drawn into the belly. The exhale happens by itself — the lips relax, as with the sound "ah".

If you feel dizzy or start to tingle, stop and return to normal breathing.

When to skip it
