If you feel dizzy, hear ringing in your ears or start feeling anxious, stop and breathe the way you normally do. Safety and limits

Headphones make this easier 🎧.

Sit comfortably and let the shoulders drop. Don't try to take in as much air as possible.

Where to focus: keep the breath in the belly. Hold your attention in the body.

How to breathe: an active inhale through the nose — and immediately one more short active top-up. Both inhales come quickly, one after the other. Then exhale slowly and softly through the mouth.

On the exhale let the belly soften and the tension gradually leave the body. Do one to three of these cycles and notice how the feeling inside changes.
