HA breathing

If you feel dizzy, hear ringing in your ears or start feeling anxious, stop and breathe the way you normally do. Safety and limits

This one is done standing, with the arms moving.

Where to focus: picture a sack you are filling with everything you want to be free of, and set it down to your left. With each "HA" you throw it to the other side.

How to breathe: an active inhale — and immediately a sharp active exhale with the sound "HA", as if throwing the sack from left to right. In the second round you throw it back, right to left. Follow the pace of the circle.

First round — 32 active "HA" exhales, left to right. Second round — 32 more, right to left.

Don't spare your voice; the technique works deep.
